Edward Jones Estate Agents has come a long way starting in 2012 being the new kid on the block taking on GIANTS from the high street who thought we would only last a year, however we have grew stronger and wiser and are now experts in our field.

The Architect helps by creating accurate floor plans and elevations and with the building regulation knowledge can identify and planning issues that may turn up in the selling process.

The Interior Designer helps by looking at ways to stage your property ready for photos and knows how to make the house look and feel more inviting especially when it comes down for potential buyers viewing the property, a great first impression is key to getting maximum worth for your property.

 

Mortgage Advisors help as their in depth knowledge in what lenders look out for and what they expect the property to be like is a huge benefit, many times mortgage offers are refused due to things that were missed by Estate Agents, but having a mortgage advisor on board means we can see from the lens of the lenders, so no time is wasted.

Out with the old in with the new way of selling your property 

As an expert estate agent, Edward Jones believe that traditional high street and conventional online estate agency models have their place – but there are downsides to both.

They overvalue your home to get you excited and more likely to choose them to sell it. All this does is unfairly raise your hopes and waste your time, as you’ll have to lower the asking price every few weeks to sell it. On average, it takes a regular estate agent 190 days to sell your home. That’s 6 months.

 

Everyone knows this, and yet everyone still plays the same game.

And buyers know this too – holding out, and reducing offers later in the process when they know sellers are losing patience and time.

That’s the OLD way. We do things the EJ way.

Step 1 - Fill the form

 Just few details from you like address, contact details etc.

Step 2 - Get your Free Valuation

Once our property expert has your detail they will arrange to view the property , once viewed a detail analysis will take place in  order to get a true market

value, you will then receive  a phone call and take you through the valuation

​

Step 3 - Marketing

At this stage  we  visit  your again and measure the room sizes and if you like we can bring our interior designer to set the property up in order to take photos.

 

your property details will firstly sent to our  pre qualified buyers and investors after 24hours it is then uploaded  publicly online on all the major selling portals

such as zoopla, rightmove etc. We will arrange all the viewings and  offers.

Step 4 - Complete the sale

once an offer has been accepted your dedicated property expert will them liaise with buyers and solicitors directly, just to male sure everything is complete property

and to keep everything on track . then once the sale is complete you receive your money and the buys pays us our fee
